When a transaction is declined, the bank holds a pending transaction. It usually resolves itself within a few days. Please keep an eye on your bank statement; if it doesn't credit it back within a week, we recommend contacting your bank for further assistance.
If, however, the transaction has been posted on your bank statement, but you did not receive an order confirmation, please reply to this email with the name on the credit card you used to make the purchase, and we will be sure to look into it for you. Thank you!
